§ 01 / What it is

Volume. From the source that matters most.

Alloclae uses processed allograft adipose tissue — donor-derived fat that has been rigorously tested, processed, and prepared for injection. It is placed the same way fillers are placed, but uses a biological material rather than synthetic gel.

The result integrates naturally with your existing tissue. No capsule formation. No migration risk associated with implants. No dissolving every 6-18 months like hyaluronic acid.

Because the procedure is performed under local anesthesia, patients remain awake and comfortable — able to provide real-time feedback about symmetry, fullness, and natural appearance as Dr. Chaudhry works.

§ 02 / Why Alloclae

What makes it different.

No synthetic materials.

Alloclae uses processed allograft fat — human fat tissue that has been processed and tested — rather than silicone, saline, or synthetic fillers. The result feels natural because it is natural.

Awake. No general anesthesia.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. No intubation, no ventilator, no anesthesiologist fees. Patients are alert, comfortable, and able to give real-time feedback about their results.

One of a small number of Minnesota providers.

Alloclae requires specialized training and access to allograft tissue. Dr. Chaudhry is among the very few surgeons in Minnesota currently offering this procedure.

Results that last.

Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers that dissolve over months, processed allograft fat integrates into the tissue for results that are long-lasting — not permanent, but measured in years, not months.

§ 03 / FAQ

Common questions.

Who is a good candidate for Alloclae?

Patients who want volume restoration — to the face, lips, or hands — without synthetic materials or general anesthesia. Also patients who have had dissatisfying results with traditional fillers, or who want a more natural, longer-lasting option.

How is Alloclae different from a fat transfer using my own fat?

Traditional fat transfer (autologous) harvests fat from your abdomen or thighs via liposuction. Alloclae uses donor-derived allograft fat that has been processed and safety-tested, so no harvest procedure is required. It is more convenient and appropriate for patients who don't have sufficient donor fat.

How long do results last?

Results vary by patient, but most see lasting volume improvement for 1-3 years. Touch-up sessions can extend results further. This is significantly longer than most hyaluronic acid fillers.

Is there downtime?

Recovery is typically 2-5 days. There may be mild swelling and bruising at the injection sites, but most patients return to normal activity quickly.

What areas can be treated?

Face (cheeks, lips, temples, tear troughs, nasolabial folds), hands, and select body areas. Dr. Chaudhry will assess your anatomy and goals at consultation.
